An update on refunds can be found below.

Please note: The site was not compromised. Once the shutdown process is complete the server will be destroyed along with everything on it .

I have had many inquire about transferring/selling the site, this is not an option we're open to. But thank you for your interest.

Due to the ever changing laws on a state-by-state basis we have decided it is time to pull the plug.

I am on the downhill side to being 69 years old. C4P is a very small potatoes website and simply can't at this point live with this possible heartburn over our heads (legal issues).

We will be canceling all recurring memberships and refunding pro-rated to yesterday (12/5/2024). I will be in contact with CCBill to discover how difficult this will be, however, it will be done. BUT PLEASE give us some time.

UPDATE (1/14/25):

This is likely be the last update!

The funds to cover the refunds are now available to CCBill and they expect the refunds to begin tomorrow. CCBill expects these refunds to be completed by the end of the week. Please keep in mind that once CCBill completes the refunds some days may pass before you see the credit. At this point we have no involvement with the refunds and any questions/issues that may arise will need to addressed by CCBill.

UPDATE (12/31/24):

The check is in the mail! (humor)

But seriously, it is. CCBill should receive my check on 1/3/24 and once it clears -- and it will -- the refunds will start being pushed out. There were several hoops to jump through so you wouldn't have to. The next (and last?) update will be that the refund process has started.

UPDATE (12/28/24):

CCBill now has all the refund amounts calculated and those that needed to sign off have. I am now awaiting on instructions to get the money required to cover these refunds to CCBill. Once the money is received CCBill will begin the refunds. This process has taken a bit longer then I had hoped, however, we are now seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE (12/19/24):

We are currently working with CCBill to offer pro-rated refunds though it is taking a bit longer than we had hoped.

Unfortunately, there was no magic button to make this happen en mass. However, we are getting closer and was told today (12/19/24) that we would have an update early next week – three different departments are involved so while we’re moving forward it is at this slower pace.

We very much appreciate any patience you might offer!

UPDATE (12/8/24):

We started issuing refunds only to be blocked on the CCBill website. The site was telling us we had reached our max for the month. CCBill doesn't have enough holdback to cover the amount of refunds would be one issue. This should be resolved tomorrow (Monday) when their accounting office is open. We will have to get cash to CCBill to cover the refunds and then touch every membership. We do hope to have this process completed within a couple of weeks. Short version: You have not been forgotten!

I regret the short notice but we reieved information this morning that we found very concerning and to echo what was said above, it is time to pull the plug.
